iancmlositano is on a distinguished road
I created lines and surfaces in DesignModeler using an imported set of points from a .txt file, which defines an airfoil. These lines and surfaces, though, remain in the sketch they were created in and could not be transfered and edited like copy or duplicate. Is there a procedure I am missing from that which I do:
1. Create a new sketch;
2. Generate;
3. Go to /Sketching tab;
4. Select geometry to edit; and
5. Edit geometry by going to /Modify tools in the tab and clicking on the appropriate tool?

Step 4 could not be done in my case so no edit takes place.

I am new to Ansys although I have experience in CAD, particularly AutoCAD.

Thanks!
