I am trying to create multiple cell zones so that I can have different porosity in each zone. This is a 3-D asymmetric model, and I generated the mesh using Spaceclaim and Meshing tools. Right now, I can get several zones, but how do I set the interface between the zones in Spaceclaim or Meshing. The zones should be in a continuous flow domain. Thank you in advance.

@yzhyan, while modeling in the spaceclaim, you have to select all the required bodies for your analysis from tree structure. After that, create a new component with right mouse click. Go to properties of newly created component using right click. In Shared Topology option Select type from none to share. Using this, you can get conformal mesh between multiple volumes.
