pbhanu is on a distinguished road
Hi everyone! I need to make a rotor cavity in my design for meshing, but everytime I use the boolean feature ,it says non- manifold surface error.
I checked the surface and it is free from defects. I am attaching my geometry in IGES format for reference.

Any Help would be greatly acknowledged.
