Hi

Ive just started to learn how to use Design modeler, ive encountered a problem... I was wondering if anyone knows how to cut holes (acting as an inlet/outlet) into a body without going all the way through the body. Ive been experimenting with the different functions but i cant get it to work. Ive had a look online but they are all for cutting through the body..

Anyways , here is your answer!
Create hole geometry at location,
Extrude it to given depth in body
remove it from body!

Dear Kapi,

I am having the same issue. I created a circle on a surface, then i used cut material through all, but the thing is that i am still having a body. Therefore, when i remove it from bod, it deletes the whole body including the circle. Any comments will be much appreciated
