Always failing for surface from edges

I tried a simple vessel like tube for flow simulation and try to make surfaces from the edges in design modeler but always give error What can be the problem, I tried repair tool but no progress. Please I need kind supports.

I try to make a surface to cap both sides of the tube but always failed in Design modeler. I also tried the repair for hard edges. But I don't understand why it doesn't work.
