metmet is on a distinguished road
Hey there
I'm trying to create hybrid Hexa+Tetra mesh in ICEM for a 3D geometry. I'm able to create blocking and generate Hexa mesh for whole domain. on the other hand, a part of geometry is complicated and it's better to use Tetra mesh for that part, but this is my problem to find how to create two different type of mesh and merge them together!
I've found a tutorial from Advanced Engineering Solutions channel on YouTube but that was 1 part only and I couldn't follow the tutorial at all.
would you please help me to finish this challenge?
My geometry is a simple 3D cylinder which in middle a complicate fan is located. I want to divide the cylinder to three parts, first and third parts are to be Hexa and middle part which includes the fan is to be tetra.
Any help would be welcome and appreciated.
