How to arrange edges when using Ogrid

Hey there, I'm trying to mesh a round plate with an angle of 30° in a fluid. There's also a cylinder in the fluid but that shouldn't matter in that case. I made a few slices and used the ogrid-feature in the blog with the round plate in it and associated the edges of the inner block with the plate. That worked pretty good. But I'm not quite sure how to arrange the diagonal edges to become a fine mesh. In the picture you can see my try. It got much better than in the beginning but I don't have a real plan how to proceed the improving. Sometimes I move verticies and it gets better and then I do the same thing at an other edge and it gets worse. I hope someone can help me with information about good arrangements. Thanks in advance.
