[ANSYS Meshing] AnsysWB Modle stopped working

Hello everyone.

I'm facing this problem for quite a long time right now. The university I'm doing my research now just adquire a new PC and we have a problem running Ansys Meshing. whichever geometry we import the problem persist. This doesn't happend in other pc's we have.

We already have talked with Ansys support, but they are taking to much time to solve this. They say it is probably a problem in the Bios or something.

We've already downloaded many windows updates without succes.
