Default Inflation at ANSYS Meshing

Generally we use inflation around 4 faces of a building to give a smooth flow. But if there is a inner portion of building then can we also use inflation there?? Why not we provide inflation at top of a building ??

geuess you have to work out, where it is important.
In a building? The boundary layer is pretty thin, is it necessary?
