Hi all
I hava a 2d sketch in solidworks 2015 and saved it as part1.sldprt I run the workbench 2015 then from geometry i imported this file but when i generate it i came up with "no valid body" error.I selected the import geometry as 2d also from tools-options-geometry import but nothing changed. I am using licensed products for both from university network. Please help |

Check this post: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ans...tml#post228887 1) Geometry - Advanced - Analysis Tyoe - 2D 2) your geometry should be in XY plane. If you want to use axisymmetric featre of FLUENT, the geomtery should lay in +Y semiplane. X should be the axis of rotational symmetry. |
