Please help. I want to do thermal electric analysis on a microhotplate based on the paper, A. Y. Ahmed et al., "Design and Simulation of a High Temperature MEMS Microhotplate for Application in Trace Gas Detection", (2008).
Problem is whenever I try generating mesh of the geometry I have modeled (using AutoCAD), the error, "The mesher restarted at a higher relevance in order to achieve a successful quality mesh", appears and I do not understand how to deal with this. I tried changing meshing method and element size, but it did not work. It also sometimes shows an error, "The surface mesh is intersecting or close to intersecting, making it difficult to create a volume mesh. Please adjust the mesh size or adjust the geometry to fix the problem." Please suggest what I am missing. I also attached a screenshot and the workbench file. |
