astitva is on a distinguished road
i have modelled a psc bridge , after somehow managing to deal with thousands of small elements combining to form 16 prestressing wire , meshing them ,meshing the area and applying the prestressing force to the cables , i have realised that i cannt transfer any load to my model until the load surface and load line are themselves meshed .this bridge supports a railway line and superimposed ballast surface load and i have missed to incorporate these in my model .

so is there any way i can manage to transfer these loads on to my already meshed model of the bridge.

would simply adding new lines acting as railway line and area acting as ballast surface ,and meshing and transfering load to these can ensure further load transfer to the underlain model?

i dont wanna enter these new lines or area initially as applying prestress require line numbers and it will disturb the line numbers that i have in my present model .
