Mapping surface mesh from one project to another

Hello everyone,
I m meshing assembly. I have a question regarding surface mesh mapping. Is it possible in ansys meshing to map the surface mesh from one project to another assuming the geometry is continuous and we have split the geometry for meshing into different sections.
