mbaldini is on a distinguished road
Dear all,

I am trying to generate an extrusion of a 2d profile. This profile is generated from a series of coordinates points loaded using an external file.

I manage to generate the extrusion but apparently there are some gaps and overlapping between the two bodies. I tried using solidworks and I ended up having the same results. One way to solve this is to stitch both bodies, but I need to have two separate bodies (I need two cell zone conditions to patch)

If I simplify the profile removing some of the points I have no problem.

Does anyone know about any possible solutions?

Thanks,
Mauro
