Hello everyone,
I am trying to mesh a Assembly by using cutcells in ansys meshing by using fixed value. Proximity and proximity and curvature Assembly meshing methods are failing due to insufficient memory. With fixed value I m getting good mesh but now I want to increase the number of elements in a small gap, other methods are not working. Please suggest me any tutorials are any methods to solve this problem.

Cutcell is highly automated so you wont have much control over it. If the mesh is failing due to memory issues try turning of proximity and increase the curvature span angle.
If you want more control over the mesh probably dont use cutcell |
