Help in How to Recreate Mesh

Hello, I'm failing to remember how to create a mesh more like the mesh shown in the picture below on the left rather than the mesh on the right. I did this a long time ago and I'd like to cut down on the number of cells far away from the elbow and increase the cells inside the narrow passage.
I want to basically recreate the mesh seen on the left photo where the cells are much smaller in the elbow and much larger far away from the narrow passage. It should be noted that I use ANSYS Workbench 14.5 and I use the meshing program within Workbench, not in fluent. Thanks!! |

You should start looking at the basic meshing function that are available in AM or ICEM. There are a tons of examples related to your problem, you can use a local refinement near the area of interest.
In AM -> RMB > insert > sizing > sphere of influence. |
