Hi all,
I am using Design modeler and I need to create box with cylinder inside with specific angle. I created a box (create-primitives-box) and cylinder (extruded from sketch and added by operation slice material), this works perfect - the material is sliced into two parts (box and cylinder). But once I use the rotation (body transformation - rotate), cylinder is rotated but the material is not sliced respectivelly it is sliced as i didnt use the rotation. Does anyone know how I shoud do this? Thanks! Paja |

There are pictures. I really don't understand why the box is not sliced by rotated cylinder.

What do you want to achieve? Slice is used to divide the geometry into smaller parts.
If you want a cylinder inside your body you need to use the 'revolve' tool instead. |
