Connection Group OR Share Topology ?

Hello everyone,
My question is pretty simple : Would you use Connections in ANSYS Meshing rather than Share Topology in Design Modeler ? "Why would you do such a thing" you ask ? Here is why : Share Topology creates a multi-body part and, as we all know, multi-body part = 1 CPU meshing. I have ~50M cells mesh and it take around 3~4 hours to create. Wouldn't Connection group allow conform mesh between parts connecting bodies and then perform parallel meshing ? If so, why using share topology ? Regards, John |

Shared topology is used to create Multibody parts (to create single domain in cfd software with conformal mesh between bodies)
Connection group just indicates there is non conformal mesh (u can use interface model in cfd softwares) |
