Question change manual generated mesh to .msh format

hi dudes
i generate a mesh in matlab and its export data of nodes
how i can change or modify this data in .msh format to import in fluent or gambit ?

Read Fluent manual. Appendix B. ANSYS Fluent File Formats -> B.1. Case and Data File Formats -> B.1.3. Grid Sections

well , actually i looking for a software or program that do this changes for me
for example i have 200 node with xy coordinates , it's impossible to change format to *.msh manual .
is there any software that do this ?
