You can set global mesh properties with advanced size functions activated, that will help with the curvature and proximity and minimum/maximum mesh sizes. You can also set local mesh sizings to the wing. You will also probably want to apply inflation layers to the wing to capture the boundary layer. Have you done the Meshing tutorials? They cover these topics.

Yes, I did. I applied advanced size functions, on wing meshing is "Mapped" if I further decrease size, mesh size becomes huge and sometimes failed to mesh or taking too long to mesh.
Do you (@SiW) have any particular tutorial related to wing in Ansys Meshing?

Thank you Antanas.
It's 2D. I am working in 3D. Actually it's a helicopter blade placed inside a moving zone. The mesh consists of two fluid zones i.e. stationary and moving zones. The mesh between stationary and moving zone is good but the mesh inside moving zone (around the blade section) is very poor (attached picture in post). I need suggestions to improve the quality.

There is a tutorial as part of the Meshing installation and should give you a good start for you to try various features. Open ANSYS Meshing help and it is at: help/wb_msh/msh_tut_asf_meshgeneration.html (see uploaded image).

Use your ANSYS Customer Portal access to download many ANSYS Meshing tutorials and you can also watch the training videos, there you will find a tutorial on automotive external aerodynamics.
