Hey guys, I've recently started studying CFD and Ansys in a master's degree class and I came across a problem. I was suppose to simulate the flow of water through a tubes and elbow. I've choosen a tetraheadrons path conforming methods and I've added inflation to the borders so I could check the boundary layer, after that I've done soem refining using sizing in the elbow itself. The whole problem is I've ended up with a small inflated layer in the area it was suppose to get bigger.
http://send-picture.com/img-55a02e7b3a69c.html I've tried changing the transition ratio and redoing it. could someone help me? |
