when cylindrical surface is extruded from one of the face of the cuboid wall , there is interface of cylindrical and cuboid surface where meshing elements makes transition from cylindrical to cuboid. After creating structured meshing the pre-mesh 2*2*2 determinant quality does not improve greater then 3, can anyone help me to create a better quality mesh. i have attaches the image below,
it is rectangular combustor (CDC-colorless design combustor), your help will be appreciated
