expanded view.jpg

before meshing sizing change coarse to medium.jpg

than in inflatiom none to program controlled.jpg

anyone plese tell me how i proceed further
1. how to use interior boundary condition in this model this is a double pipe heat exchanger and also how we use interface boundary condition in this model
2 why this error is occured in mymodel after meshing

What error? I dont see any error in the pictures you attached, also could you specify what you mean by interior boundary condition?

the mesh file exporter does not support overlapping geometry in named selection

sir i want to impose these boundary condition in my model in image i'm able to understand how interface boundary condition is applied but i'm not able to understant how interior boundary condition is applid in my model this is double pipe heat exchanger

Very simple: There are faces which have been named twice or more. For example if you name a face as inlet you cannot have another name for the face as well. I often make this error in hurry, it is not a big issue.

Not ever sure what you are trying to ask. If you have made named selection to the faces you want to apply the boundary conditions to, they should be available in the boundary conditions tab in Fluent. Are you trying to make boundaries along the pipe geometry or normal to it inside the pipe? You can make new faces where you want to apply the boundary condition by slicing the geometry and applying the boundary condition to the sliced face. Dont forget, this will create additional bodies you need to select them all and form one part from them to get a conformal mesh...

Hi,

Check your named selection. You mite have named selected same body/face/edge twice.
Also Right click mesh and see overlapping geometry if there is!

Hope it helps.

Cheers

vasava will become famous soon enough
If you right-click on the boundary names you should be able to see an option for looking at duplicate entries for boundaries.
