Hello everyone!
I was using an old TGrid 5.0.6 for 2D meshing of multielement airfoils, but the license is over now and can't be renewed (Ansys doesn't support this software anymore). I know, TGrid is now part of Fluent, but it's 3D only. I tried to do some structured meshes in Icem instead, but it costs way more time and the result is more likely to fail when I'm changing the geometry through scripts. I would be very grateful for any tips on 2D unstructured/hybrid meshers You have good experience with, which could be suitable replacement for the good old TGrid. I know there are many of them, so, which one is Your favourite? Thank You for all Your recommendations. Last edited by Tuco; April 5, 2015 at 07:30. |
