I have imported the multizone assembly of piston , cylindrical body and combustion volume as zones from .stp file. It generate the geometry- curves and point in ICEM on import model.

I started with blocking- 3D and did associate the curve and block
On generating mesh I am getting very distorted surface, body.

I tried doing the 2D blocking with swept , but was getting error- segmentation violation and whole file closed
If there is any reference tutorial specific to the problem bellow - required kindly share

I tried doing the tutorial way - making the Geometry repair, setting global mesh size, volume mesh parameters and selecting the surface mesh setup and then generating the Mesh using compute to generate mesh
But I use it in ansys fluent I see error


Physics:
The inside is supposed to be fluid- pdf mixture in cellzone for partially premixed combustion case
I am using the UDF to define the dynamic mesh - compression for the cylinderical vilume along the axis, the compression ratio will be 16.7. So I will use cutcell type deformation motion for Dynamic mesh

Pl help to get it right - as I need solid body , but its hollow and show error
