I take advantage of rotational periodicity and I use sweep for the entrance and exit, and still I end up with 3M elements and a number of low quality ones thanks to the intricate geometry. How should I efficiently mesh something like this. Should I carve out the space inside the stent for sweeping, too? The number of elements should be smaller, although that won't cure most of the bad elements near the stent. Thanks.
