I'm meshing swirl stabilized nozzles and a rectangular chamber by multizone method in ICEM CFD. I got the desired 2D surface mesh first, but when I convert it to a 3D using 'multizone fill', I get an error msg stating 'blocking modified.twod_to_threed FLUID-basic create_swept_block-max_levels 50 14--1 u 15-- 1 u exception caught!'

It generates a 3D multizone fill but leaves out some sections of the geometry. I can't understand the reason.

A quick help would be appreciated.
