how spilt geometry without coordinate?

hi every body
i drawing geometry in autocad , thaen it export to ansys, i need surface that i shown green color do divide two part along line orange specified in figure, my goal is i have two surface, i dont know coordinate, please tell me how do this in design modeler? |

Hi Samma,
You can create Coordinate system by Point as well. If you click on 'New' Coordinate system you will be able to see all sort of options under 'Type' like, From Plane From Face .. .. From Point and Edge ( I think This is what you need) You may pick your point and Transform your coordinates as per your geometry. Hope it helps Cheers KAPI |
