[ICEM] extrude faces along a curve

Default extrude faces along a curve

Sawi is on a distinguished road
when i extrude these faces along the shown curve and specify an end point the extrusion is done only half way?! why? and i would like to merge all zigzag path to one curve and extrude along it but i get negative blocks what i am missing?
