[DesignModeler] Removing part of a face?

Hi,

I'm in the process of trying to acurately perform CFD-Fluent on a 'Ramair' kite.

The issue is that Fluent only works with solids, therefore the lower leading-edge that is normally open (to recieve air>to inflate) was closed.

Is there any way that I can subtract a portion of the face from the CFD sim? The second pic shows what I'm after.

I think it's best decribed by the pics below...

  1. Lower leading edge closed (to make it a solid):
  2. Lower leading edge open (absent from pressure/velocity):
