Hi,
I am using ICEM CFD to do a 2D meshing. In my geometry SPLITINLET and INLET lies in a same line. But once I mesh the geometry and import in to fluent the INLET part is missing, while the entire line is shown as SPLITINLET. My ICEM CFD log looks as below. --- Geometry Info --- 13 curves 10 prescribed points 8 parts Element parts : GEOM : 10 INLET : 2 OUTLET : 2 SIDEOUTLET : 4 SPLITINLET : 4 TUBEWALL : 1 --- Mesh Info --- Element types : NODE : 4 LINE_2 : 920 QUAD_4 : 68540 Element parts : FLUID : 68540 GEOM : 4 OUTLET : 131 SIDEOUTLET : 198 SPLITINLET : 131 TUBEWALL : 460 Total elements : 69464 Total nodes : 69000 Min : 0 0 0 Max : 40 35.4 0 --- Blocking Info --- Number of blocks: All blocks: 8 Mapped blocks: 8 Please help me to solve this problem |
