Hello,

I want to take the mesh information (node coordinates, element connectivity) from ansys for the input in my code. Is there any way to take the mesh information in form of text file format?

One way I have tried but it did not work. I export mesh to ICEM CFD. Then, from ICEM CFD I export mesh for abaqus input file. But It look like that the mesh import into ICEM CFD was not correct: some 3D element become shell element ( for e.x. pyramid element becomes 3 triangle element and 1 quad element).

Any suggestion would be really appreciate!
