[Workbench] Ansys 15 meshing not working. Please help...

Hi. I tried everything but I cant make simple CFD task to mesh...

In ansys workbench I created "Mesh" element (see ling below) (mesh error is just because I canceled project refresh because of the same issue)

Then in mesh editor window after making all named selections and ect I tried to GENERATE MESH. (see link below)

"Ansys Workbench Mesh Status" window show 2 progress bars
"Overall Progress..."
and
"Parallel Meshing..."

After some moments my all RAM memory filling up (32 GB) and nothing hapens.

The "Overall Progress" and "Prarallel Meshing..." bars do nothing. (waited for more than 2 hours).

Please someone can tell what I need to do to get mesh component working ?

hey

I think this happens because your element numbers are too large! (because you're selected "proximity and curvature" and "fine")
turn "use advance size function" off and change "relevance center" to coarse and try again! if it's OK try to editing your mesh step by step!

Thanks amin.z Problem solved.

It's embarrassing but I forgot to change mm to m and got ultra dense mesh.
