Default Tips on how to improve the quality of this mesh

Is it possible for anyone to have a look at my attached mesh and advise me on how the quality or overall strategy of the blocking could be improved?
At the moment the minimum quality is only 2.5

Also, is the meshing for the boundary layer adequate?
I'm using the SST turbulence model in fluent to run a simulation and with this mesh can't reach convergence, however, with a less dense mesh, i am able to reach convergence.
