Default Improving elements quality

Hello guys.

I wonder if there is any way of improving elements with bad quality not by remeshing a body with another sizing, smoothing options.
The best would be something like in Fluent - improve mesh, or smooth mesh.
Does anyone know some tricks how to do it?
