Hi guys,
I've been trying to mesh the geometry attached. I created the geometry using DesignModeler and imported it into ANSYS ICEM using the workbench reader function. I then created three blocks for the three different sections (Inlet cylinder, Orifice and outlet cylinder) (screenshots attached). I then created the ogrid blocks and set the mesh parameters. The problem is that the pre-mesh for the inlet and outlet cylinder seems to be fine but the mesh at the orifice itself seems to large and unstructured. I'd ideally like the mesh to be similar to the screenshot of the outlet. Any help/suggestions in this regards are appreciated.
