Default Cutcell meshing quality issue

I have done a cutcell mesh using ansys workbench mesher. i have orthogonality issue near the corner( i have attached the image below).my orthogonality quality is 0.13 and skewness is 0.99.there is no problem in my inflation layer.please help me

is there any other method better than this cutcell mesh....i heard hybrid mesh is not good for external flow analysis. my friend told me hexa core and cutcell mesh are better one for this type of geometry
