Hello all,

I have a 3D geometry which has overlapping surface . Also, there are holes in between. I have attached my geometry herewith.

Can you please guide me create unstructured mess in it. When I mesh, surface creates hole and new material are created in the void.

IN figure, red line shows how it is overlapping with top surface and gap between red and white line has empty space. I would appreciate of you could guide me solve it. I am new to ICEM too.

Thanks

Here the geometries can be seen. the two surfaces, and how the elements at surface are getting distorted
