[GAMBIT] mesh problem in gambit...please help

Hi
I meshed a 3d rectangular flume with a weir in it. i used in some place boundary layer mesh then edge mesh then face mesh but i have problem with volume mesh. i recieved some errors i changed the quality of my edge and face mesh but my problem didnt solve!!!!!and i realy dont khow what to do here my model that i linked below.

adapt your geometry for preventing tangential position
Or you may also try the clean up tool

thanks your guidance helped a lot. I cutted corners and it soleved.
