You are trying to mesh your volume with cooper, but the volume isn't suitable for cooper.
If you need cooper mesh, then you need to split this volume.
Display only the volume you want to mesh to see how you could split it

Dear max

please find attached the dbs file

- i've performed wall bl.
If i didn't mesh the edges first, the generated bl spacing will be random from surface to another, accordingly i had to mesh the edges then perform bl. Does edges meshing cause interruption during volume meshing?

I need your advice to mesh the volumes correctly.
- please highlight my mistakes.
The geometry is a segment of an air ring used for blown film cooling.

I've neglected the inlet port volume and just kept the inlet surface to minimize the meshing.
To guarantee similarity around the inlet port, i've divided the inlet circle to 4 quarters and a square.

Thank you for help.

I cannot extract the dbs file from your zip

Dear Max
Is it possible to send me your email
To be able to send you the file without compression. The attachment limit in the forum is small

Hi Max
As you see i have a problem with meshing the bigger one.
Usually i start with the inlet port . I deleted it's volume and kept the inlet port circular surface to minimize the meshing elements number.
Then mesh the big section.
And move forward to the exit.
Now i can't mesh the big one. After performing the bl
If you have any different opinion i'd be thankfull.
Performing adequate bl through walls is mandatory. I wish you can try to do this yourself to discover my mistakes and advice.

Thanks

the problem may come from the corner (red marked)
create new BL and disable continuity option

Dear Max
Thank u i did it and meshed the volume.
Thank you for your time.
During meshing one of the sections
I received a message that no 3d boundary layer generated from surface xxxx
But the gambit generated the mesh.
I understand that gambit generated the mesh but not exactly the same as the b l
Is it correct.
Regards
Hopefully we will be friends
