I am a final year student pursuing in Mechatronics Engineering in Malaysia. My final year project currently deals with automotive aerodynamics and my research involves comparison between a baseline model of a simplified car model and a model with airfoils

The problem as highlighted in the title occurred when I wanted to create an enclosure over the second model (the one with additional airfoils) where the enclosure operation would generate the error message.

Funny thing is the second model is the same as the first model only with extra airfoils attached at several locations. When I deleted all the airfoils, it is the same model as the baseline model, but when I tried the same enclosure again, the same error occurs. But the baseline model does not encounter the problem.

Just in case somebody else encountered the same problem as me, I have already solved the problem. Apparently, by converting to STEP format, the problem will remain, but if I convert the same model to IGES format, the problem is automatically solved.
