Dear All
I wondered if someone could point me in the right direction here, I have attached a picture of my mesh and as you can see due to it being a cylinder with a extrusion you get a really dense region in the centre o-block. I thought what I would do for this is make the centre block free so I could impose a different element size on it in order to balance the element up. However, when I change the block to free the pre-mesh seems to turn into just a shell mesh even though I can clearly see the 3D blocks. Anyone got any thoughts? I am playing with refinement to achieve the same aim but it doesn't seem to want to accept values below one even though the help files says it should. Means I have to refine all the blocks round it which is a bit tedious Many Thanks Mark |
