Hello , I am very new , I am meshing a cone by using y-block but i didn't get better quality mesh , can anyone tell me how to mesh a cone ......?

It depends on the internal angle of cone. If it is too sharp, you have no chance to improve quality. Can you show us some pics of your geometry and blocking?
