Default Problem with blocks in 3D Mesh

Hey everyone,

I don't know too much about this software but I have some problems. I fit 3 blocks into my bent channel in order to mesh it properly(getting some help from tutorials tho).

Please take a look at picture 1 to see how I fit the blocks. Then, when I generate the pre-mesh, it generates weird shaped mesh in the bent section. You can see that from picture 2. However, I want a mesh there as at picture 3.

Could you tell me what the problem is and how I can fix that ?

Thanks.

Nevermind. I fixed that. There was a problem with associations.

Hi brator,

I'm a bit confused because you are showing picture 1 different from picture 3. What do you really want to do? It seems an associated issue. Check your edge to curve association and even, if itīs necessary, make face to surface associations.

Hi FJSJ,

Thanks for the response. Sorry about the confusion, I just wanted to show what kind of mesh I wanted over the bent area. Picture 3 belongs to some other case.

Thank you a lot for the advise. As you said, there was an association problem with the edges. I reset the settings and associated them from beginning.

Cheers.
