Hello, I've been trying to insert prism layers in my tetra mesh
and this has caused a bit of problem..

I've created hybrid (hexa-tetra) mesh without any of problems,
and with the existing threads about how to create prism layers,
I tried to create a single prism layer on the side walls first for the tetra mesh.

However, right after prism layer is created on the side wall, checkmesh finds a lot of problems such as surface orientation and duplicated edge, single edges and so on,
and all of these problems are due to the modification of tetra mesh on the inlet surface as shown in the picture I uploaded.

I've tried prism V10 but didn't seem to work..

If any of you could help me with this problem, I'd really appreciate it...

Just a quick glance, but why is the edge so rough?

Prism has a hard time if you can't properly define the edges...
