Hi all,

I performed a system update of my Red Hat 5.7 installation.
Since that update, Design Modeler would not start at all.

When I start it, it prints out a line "Opening Design Modeler" but nothing happens. When I check the license status, it shows that the DM license is taken, without opening the program itself.

I guess it's some kind of graphic package mismatch with DM requirements. Can you please suggest what package it might be?

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

you just updated and it updated to 5.7 or to 5.9?

There is a known issue with 5.9 that has a patch available on the support page.
