Hi all,
I performed a system update of my Red Hat 5.7 installation. Since that update, Design Modeler would not start at all. When I start it, it prints out a line "Opening Design Modeler" but nothing happens. When I check the license status, it shows that the DM license is taken, without opening the program itself. I guess it's some kind of graphic package mismatch with DM requirements. Can you please suggest what package it might be? Any other ideas? Thanks! |

May be some issues with graphics.

you just updated and it updated to 5.7 or to 5.9?
There is a known issue with 5.9 that has a patch available on the support page. |
