Hai, I`m using Ansys 14.0 Fluent to simulate heat transfer in heat exchanger. I wanted to use Dual Cell Model. However I`m failing to create overlapping zone between the 2 domains(internal fluid and external fluid). I found there a way to create overlapping core on meshing stage but I couldn`t find a guide. Can anyone help me with this..??

Do you mean the interface between solid and fluid domains?

yes. i thought if possible i just want to create an imaginary layer using shell conduction.
from inside it would be: hot water > tube > cold water > shell |
