Hi to all,
I have the following problem: 1) I import a plot3d mesh in ICEM.The mesh is ok 2)I split the mesh to parts to create boundary conditions but I realize that there is wake line (double line is something usual in structured meshes). Is there a way to automatically remove the one line so I can use interior boundary condition?(btw the Output is fluent v6 mesh and there is no wake boundary condition.) By double line it is implied that there exist double nodes as well. Also is it possible when using an imported mesh to assign periodic boundary conditions?I Know how to build up periodic elements when meshing from scratch in ICEM but I cannot find anything close to applying periodic boundaries to an imported mesh.Any information would be much appreciated Thank you very much Last edited by papis; March 30, 2013 at 21:08. |
