Default ICEM imported mesh into FLUENT

Hi I used ICEM to convert a mesh file to .msh format. When I import the mesh to Fluent it loads up but as soon as I open the solution in workbench 14 FLUENT, it generates an error message sayin "Build Grid-aborted due to critical error"
