boundary layer irregularities

Hello everyone,
i am simulating flow inside pipe(3D) m=0.3, for which i am creating boundary layers. but my boundary layer is not turning out to be smooth at the vertices. what could possibly go wrong. please help. |

despite this weird representation, did you try to mesh your model (with BL)?
